Dr. Vallabh H. Dhudshia CQE PE, holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from New York University and MS ME from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of American Society for Quality. He spent his entire career in the quality and reliability fields at Xerox, SEMATECH, and Texas Instruments. He is the author of Hi-Tech Equipment Reliability, a textbook widely used in the semiconductor industry and a contributor to The Handbook of Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, authoring the equipment reliability section. He pioneered Q&R improvement activities in the equipment and parts buying process.

He served, in various capacities, for development and refinement of SEMI E10 and SEMI E79 Specification task forces. Formerly a Senior Member of Technical Staff for Strategic Q&R in the Capital Equipment Procurement Group at TI, Dr. Dhudshia is now an independent Q&R consultant.
